Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our platform, increase brand awareness, and attract prospective students to explore educational opportunities abroad.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention on our platform.
  • Brand Management: Manage and enhance the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and communications.
  • Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
  • Content Creation: Create compelling and engaging content for marketing materials, website, blog posts, social media, and other digital platforms to attract and engage target audiences.
  • Lead Generation: Generate high-quality leads through targeted marketing campaigns, lead nurturing strategies, and partnership initiatives with educational institutions and organizations.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights, informing marketing strategies and decision-making.
  • Campaign Analytics: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and user engagement, to optimize marketing campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources efficiently to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to align marketing efforts with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships, establish thought leadership, and promote our platform.



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in the education, technology, or international sectors.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and analytics software.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and crafting compelling marketing messages.
  • Results-driven mentality with a track record of achieving measurable marketing objectives and driving business growth.
  • International experience or familiarity with the higher education landscape abroad is a plus.
